Each package includes two fillets and can be cooked either with conventional oven or microwave. The microwave option takes only 5 minutes! I used the oven option and the fillets are ready in 15 minutes. They looked and smelled fabulous.

Inspired by recipes from Gortons.com and those in the review kit, I created my version of a Grilled Salmon Salad by adding in hearts of romaine, dried cranberries, almond slices, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. The salmon was tender and well seasoned. The salad was delicious and everyone in our family loved it. I expect the grilled fillet to go well with rice and pasta too.
