The major difference between this new release and its earlier versions is that it has turned from a cooperative game to a competitive game that combines luck and strategy. To start, each player will serve as a pioneer and receive a wagon, family members, food, and a pistol. They must hunt for food along the way to keep family members alive. Otherwise, their funeral expenses will deduct from the total fortune and negatively impact the odds of winning.

During gameplay, each player can take up to three of the following actions: move, hunt, buy, pick up hitchhikers, and sell. Players must be strategic in their decision-making, including tile placement, which may gain you a head start toward the final destination. While getting there first does give you an advantage, but it doesn't guarantee winning. It is the player with the most money who wins at the end of the game, signaled by either a wagon reaching Willamette Valley or the last trail tile being placed on the board.

The game pieces are colorful and of great quality. I have to admit that the rules are a bit more complex than other board games that we typically play, but it's no doubt super fun to play and helps develop strategic thinking. The instructions video provided by Pressman Toy is very helpful and we got the hang of the game after a few trial runs. The game is a Target exclusive and retails for $39.99. It makes an awesome and collectible gift for fans of The Oregon Trail game.

I got to play with the Hamswan VR glasses myself. First of all, I love its stylish look, complete with a mix of fabric and differently textured materials. The goggles are comfortable to wear and can be adjusted to fit different viewers securely, including both adults and children. The device is lightweight, portable and doesn't take a lot of storage space. We tried three different smartphones and didn't experience any problem fitting any of them within the headset. I received a copy of 3 Little Pigs game for review. Designed for kids ages 4 and up, the game is a lot of fun to play for the entire family. The rules are easy to follow and remember because they are closely tied to the story of 3 Little Pigs.

Up to 3 players each choose a pig and get a house plastic stand of that pig’s color. The players race to build their houses in such order: Straw, Sticks and Brick. But in order to get started building, a player must rest roll a pig on the game die. Players take turns rolling the die. Whoever that rolls a wolf on the die needs to take the soft and squeezable Big, Bad Wolf to blow down one of the other players' houses. If the Wolf succeeds, the player whose house gets blown down will have to start all over again. The first player to build their house of brick wins the game.

The most fun part of the game, for my kids, is to use the squeezable wolf trying to blow down a house. While it's not an easy thing to accomplish, they enjoy doing it over and over again. Gift this inexpensive game to your little one and your house will soon be filled with hearty laughter!

The objective of the game is to be the first player to find the match between two cards. It is designed for 2-8 players and can be played in three different ways, with or without the tokens.

Each card has a series of different fruits on its front side and either a number or a single fruit printed on its back. Each round, the top card of the pile is flipped face-up, and the next one is kept face-down. Players race to find the number of times a fruit is shown or the fruit that is shown certain number of times depending on what comes up on the face-down card. The magic distribution of fruits on the cards guaranties that there is always one correct answer. Players can simply call out the correct answer or use the corresponding token to rack up points till the last round of the game. Each game runs for about 10-15 minutes, but you can adjust the rules for a shorter game.
