My Review:

Full of action and suspense, The Shift is a heart-pounding and thought-provoking movie about love, family, faith, and freedom. Kevin's ceaseless attempt to shift from the dystopian world he gets trapped in to the parallel dimension where he can reunite with his wife prompts the viewers to imagine all the possible alternate realities they could be faced with if they were given the opportunity to make a different choice about some crucial life events. The story urges us to reflect upon what matters most in life and warns us against the danger of pursuing power and wealth at the expense of integrity, freedom and connection with loved ones. Meanwhile, it gives us hope for the bright side and encourages us to follow our conscience to do the right thing.

My Review:

Featuring 12 original songs performed by an amazing cast including multiple Grammy Award winner Lecrae, Journey to Bethlehem is a cheerful, entertaining and uplifting movie that the entire family can enjoy during the holiday season. While keeping the essence of the well-known story intact, the movie adds a modern touch of humor and creativity to make it more engaging and memorable. It enriches and enlivens the characters by giving each a unique personality and by revealing their inner struggles. I'm particularly impressed by the multi-faceted portraits of Mary and the king's son Antipater.

Aside from its captivating storyline, the movie excels in its music production, ingeniously incorporating Christmas classics and pop songs into one jolly musical celebration. You may listen to all the soundtracks here. My favorites include "Mother To A Savior And King", "We Become We", "In My Blood" and "Brand New Life". If you're looking for a family-friendly Christmas movie with charming characters, beautiful songs, happy dances, and inspirational messages, this is the one I would recommend.

In the end, Falco steps up to help the kids and they all learn a valuable lesson in sticking together.

My Review:

Hilarious and heartwarming, Camp Hideout is an action-packed comedy that everyone in the family can enjoy. It follows Noah, a cynical, rebellious teenager who feels lost in the foster care system as he reluctantly joins a summer camp that turns out to be truly fun and rewarding. In this story of family, friendship and belonging, young viewers learn what it truly means to forgive and that it's never too late to turn over a new leaf and redeem oneself. It's extremely satisfying to watch the bad guys get fooled around and punished in unexpected ways while seeing Noah gradually open his heart to his new big family consisting of kind, sincere and supportive folks. This family-friendly movie will not only give you a good laugh but will also deliver valuable life lessons.

Our exclusive behind the scenes tour of SeaWorld started at the all new Orca Encounter, which features a three-story, first-of-its-kind infinity screen and a rugged coastline backdrop complete with towering pines and picturesque waterfalls. Unlike the theatrical shows that SeaWorld visitors are familiar with, Orca Encounter combines a live orca presentation with a documentary-style digital presentation. You can learn a lot about what killer whales do in the wild on the 140-foot-wide screen while observing their natural behaviors up close.

I was surprised to learn that the whales can actually see what's playing on the screen and make relevant responses.

See how beautiful the whales blend in their digital environment? I have to admit that my mind got a bit too busy trying to follow the whales in the water and to fully process all the information provided by the narrator at the same time. I'd definitely want to watch the presentation again, in order to gain better knowledge about these amazing creatures. Orca Encounter is now only available at SeaWorld San Diego. SeaWorld parks in Orlando and San Antonio will move to this new presentation by 2019.
