No-Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Bars Review & Giveaway

Product Description This is an amazing no-bake cheesecake mix that requires only 3 ingredients (water, butter, cream cheese) to make. It has a chocolate cookie crust and perfectly tart cheesecake filling. It sets up in an hour or so depending on how cold your fridge is. Moms love it because it is a product that they can use together with their kids.

A little cream cheese, butter and water can turn any meal into an amazing meal with this "no-bake" Key Lime Cheesecake Bar. Here's how:

You will need:

1 cup hot water
2 - 8 ounce packs of cream cheese, softened
5 Tbs butter, melted

Directions:

Line an 8x8x2 inch pan with plastic wrap. Add melted butter to cookie crust mix and blend well. Press evenly and firmly into bottom of prepared pan. Place cream cheese, water and cheesecake mix into a medium bowl and blend for 1 minute. Increase speed and blend on high for 3 more minutes. Pour into crust and chill for 1to 2 hours. Grasp edges of plastic wrap and lift cheesecake out of pan. cut into 16 bars.

I know the box says bars but my mom made a pie with it. She said it was very easy to do and the instructions were easy to follow. This did set up in an hour. We tried little pieces and they tasted so lite and fluffy. I like fluffy and not thick cheesecakes anyways. The crust was to die for. I give this 2 thumbs up. The No-Bake Key Lime cheesecake bars are great to keep on hand when you need a quick dessert fix.
