Hyundai GasLock Promotion and iPod Giveaway

Hyundai recently launched their summer sales event offering new customers $1.49/Gallon gas for 12 months from date of purchase on select models.

As part of their GasLock promotion and their "Share Your America" program, Hyundai is giving away 14 iPods or iPod Shuffles via their Twitter account (@roadtrip149)through the end of the summer sales event on August 31st, 2009. To enter, tweet to @roadtrip149 the name of your favorite song to listen to during a road trip (other themes may apply) and who the song is by. Here's the remaining prize schedule:

Winner will be randomly selected from eligible tweets at 7pm Pacific time each day.

Plus, you may become a fan of Hyundai on Facebook and use Hyundai's Photo-Mapping Facebook app, as well as the Share Your America Postcard Generator to further enhance their summer road trip experiences.

o Photo-Mapping (Powered by Google Maps): users will be able to upload road trip pictures and if they're the first, a flag on the map with their chosen screen name and pic will appear.

o Postcard Generator: Users will be able to overlay a photo of their face into several existing mock-postcards and input a custom caption to go along with the postcard to share with their friends and family.
