My Review:
Starting from the question "What happens after we die?", the film addresses people's natural fear of death, humanity's quest for immortality across cultures and generations, and the possibility of one's soul outliving one's body. By examining the commonality in accounts of near-death experiences, Lee makes a strong argument for the existence of heaven despite the difficulty of providing any tangible evidence.
Whether you are a believer or not, you will find the film worth watching. Besides stunning scenery, beautiful soundtracks, touching personal stories, and compelling messages, it encourages us to value our lives, to cherish what we already have, to reconcile with our regrets and failures, and to be kind and loving to those around us. It gives me peace, strength and hope.
