Bake Me A Wish! Gourmet Cakes Review and Giveaway

I couldn't hide my excitement from the UPS guy when he dropped a giant package from Bake Me A Wish!, the premium nationwide service for delivery of gourmet cakes. Inside the sturdy cardboard box was a foam cooler, in which a Triple Chocolate Enrobed Brownie Cake and a Tiramisu Classico Cake were well insulated and kept cool! What a unique and unforgettable holiday treat (they arrived right before Independence Day)!

Baked with the finest, freshest ingredients in their award-winning New York City bakery, each Bake Me A Wish! gourmet cake comes in a beautiful gift box, is topped with a decorative chocolate plaque imported from Belgium and includes a greeting card, exactly as shown in the picture below.

Our moist & fudgy brownie cake goes through three chocolate "passes" before it's "done": first it's enrobed in rich chocolate, then it gets completely blanketed with a shower of dark chocolate shaves; last, the cake is finished with milk and dark chocolate glazes drizzled all over and the Belgian chocolate plaque of your choice; for a brownie dessert that's over-the-top-triple-delicious!

The Triple Chocolate Enrobed Brownie Cake is apparently a top pick for chocolate lovers! I was deeply impressed by its rich flavor and smooth, creamy texture.

My personal favorite is the Tiramisu Classico Cake. The coffee whipped cream melted instantly in mouth. I'm so in love with that feel! I also like that the cake satisfied my cravings for a sweet treat that is light in sugar. After his first bite off the custard layer, my little man cracked a big smile and kept asking for more. Had I not been firm with portion control, neither cake could have stayed overnight in this house.
