iChill Relaxation Shot Review & Giveaway

As a busy mom, I know how valuable sleep time is for me. But I tend to have so much on my mind that I find it very hard to fall asleep or get good quality sleep. If this also describes you, you may want to enter this great giveaway brought to you by iChill and Brittany The Butterfly Mom!

About iChill Relaxation Shots:

According to the iChill website: iChill Relaxation Shot was developed to help people unwind at the end of a long, intense day. The refreshingly natural blend of Melatonin, Valerian root, Rose Hips and B Vitamins has no calories, no sugar and no carbs. Their unique combination helps you to feel more tranquil and promotes relaxation and deep restorative sleep. The 2 ounce shot is easy to take and usually starts working to relax you shortly after consuming it. On average, people tend fall asleep within 30 to 40 minutes after drinking an iChill.

Review By The Butterfly Mom:

I'm a super busy work at home mom of three young children. Between being a full time professional blogger, running online communities, volunteering for local animal rescues, founding a non-profit animal shelter, and of course spoiling my children rotten...there is little room for sleep. Even when I get the chance to lay my head on a pillow there is usually so much caffeine or thoughts of the day racing through me that I toss and turn for hours.

I am one of those people who LIVE on coffee and {I hate to admit this} soda. I am also one of those people that when I don't get enough sleep...I am shall we say a bit "grumpy" and should be avoided at all costs.
I don't do milk, let alone warm milk, and as much as I love to drink a nice cup of hot tea it does not knock me out the way I need it too. Unfortunately that has left me with OTC and prescription sleep aids. I do not like taking medications, even over-the-counter meds. I don't like how the prescription sleep aids are habit forming and just as bad the OTC meds cause my legs to get super restless.

Getting to try the new iChill Relaxation Shots was a new experience for me. I have heard of energy shots, but anti-energy shots? Hmm....I like the fact that they are 0 Calories, 0 Sugars, and 0 Carbs. So I gave it a shot, pun intended. The taste was nothing to get to excited about, very similar to the other shot style drinks. Nothing horrible, no bad after taste.

About 45 minutes later I honestly felt...tired. Not the tired but can't sleep tired, more the tired and ready to pass out tired. I went to bed. I slept. I slept GOOD! No not just good, GREAT!

I am so excited about this product I just had to share. What better way to share than host a giveaway!
