I was recently introduced to the LIFE Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to educating people about various types of insurance, particularly the ones that are often overlooked: life insurance, disability and long-term care insurance. In spirit of Valentine's Day, the LIFE Foundation has launched the Insure Your Love campaign to help you realize the close connection between love and life insurance. Purchase a life insurance policy for your sweetheart this Valentine's Day and it will sure make the best gift ever--one to remember, one to last a lifetime, and one to protect her financially even after you're gone!
During the month of February, the LIFE foundation is inviting members in their online community to share a picture or video that shows how you’ve expressed your love to someone dear to you. Check out this touching video LIFE created last year.

To add more fun to this Valentine's Day, LIFE has created the Romance-O-Meter interactive quiz, through which people can determine how romantic – or unromantic – they are, by answering three multiple choice questions. Between now and February 28th, anyone who takes the quiz will be automatically entered to win a $500 American Express gift card! You may use it to do something special for your valentine, such as buying lift insurance. Share your quiz results with me if you like =)
