I wish I lived near one of those cities. I'm really looking forward to seeing Despicable Me - much more so than Toy Story 3 or Shrek Forever After. Although I would like to see Toy Story 3, Despicable Me looks very original and will probably be quite funny.
I too wish I lived close enough to take advantage of this offer.
