1/2 cup pine cone seeds (amount variable based on how much you love nuts!)
1/2 bag frozen whole corn (buy store brand to save $$$!)
1/3 bag frozen mixed vegetables (ditto)
1 tsp canola oil (healthier for your heart!)
1/3 tsp sugar (adjust amount to low sugar needs)
1/4 salt (adjust amount to low sodium needs)
1. Heat pan and add canola oil and pine cone seeds, stir until seeds turn golden (but not brownish). Place cooked seeds in a plate.
2. Add frozen corn and vegetables into the pan, stir until fully thawed.
3. Add seeds back into the pan, stir evenly.
4. Add sugar and salt into the pan, stir evenly.
5. Ready to serve!
