Dental care is serious business in our house, not only because the health of our teeth is closely tied to our overall health, but also because a healthy smile helps boost confidence and self-esteem, which are of considerable significance for our children and their future. While our kids are fairly cooperative in terms of brushing their teeth every morning and evening, it is quite challenging for us to exercise quality control. They don't always brush long enough or thoroughly enough. So I still need to step in and remind them about proper brushing techniques from time to time.
