The bars are made with simple, nutritious ingredients like, nuts, fruit, dark chocolate and yogurt. Each Harvest Bar contains less than seven grams of net carbs,less than four grams of sugar and NO artificial colors, flavors, preservatives or sugar alcohols.

The Atkins Harvest Trail Bars are chewy and flavorful. My favorite varieties are Dark Chocolate Cherry & Nuts, and Vanilla Fruit and Nut. They are convenient and versatile. They can be part of a simple but wholesome breakfast, a nice surprise treat in the child's lunch box, a snack on the go, or a pick-me-upper between meals. They are snack bars that everyone in the family can enjoy and that you can feel good about giving to your loved ones.
