My Review
Both my toddler and I had a great time reading Two! together. I've lost count of how many times we have read the book since it arrived in the mail. Its colorful, funny pictures bring to life many moments that we find familiar and can easily relate to, such as painting on the wall, jumping on the couch, switching the light on and off, wanting to be carried around when mom's hands are full. While my toddler was laughing at the naughty boy in the book, he realized that he had done very similar things before. And I took the opportunity to tell him what a bigger boy would do under those circumstances.
The book is very sturdy and in perfect size for the little hands. The use of bold capital letters and exclamation marks adds to the dramatic effects of the story and helps with word building. Two! is a sweet and entertaining read that I would highly recommend to all parents with young children. LOVE IT!
