One of our family's favorite summer activities is traveling. We love to visit different places, where we can explore and discover fun things to do. When preparing to travel with kids, parents tend to think primarily of what their kids will need during the trip. But today I would like you to focus on what YOU need for yourself and share with you some of my top summer travel essentials, including the innovative F.A.S.T. Liquid Relief from First Aid Shot Therapy.

2. Smartphone. I can't live without my multi-functional smartphone while on the go. It does so much more than an old-fashioned cell phone. It can be used for GPS navigation, checking local weather, sending and receiving emails, searching for information, entertaining the kids, and so much more! A portable charger is also necessary to keep the phone powered.
3. Spacious and sturdy handbag. A large, lightweight but sturdy handbag with multiple pockets and layers helps me keep all the essentials well organized in one place.
4. Comfortable shoes. Traveling around usually involves a significant amount of walking, so it is really important to wear a pair of comfortable. You can of course pack an extra fancier pair for any special occasion that may calls for it.
5. Cash and cards. I always make sure to carry enough cash, along with my ID, at least one credit card and one bank card while I travel. Whenever I'm short of something, I can buy it at a local store. This also helps me keep my luggage light.
