For a limited time only, all Pollo Tropical restaurants in Georgia, Tennessee and Texas, and select locations in Florida feature the addition of three delicious new menu items which highlight the fresh, rich taste of avocado, along with the return of a fan-favorite.

Guests can enjoy the Chicken Avocado flavors in a TropiChop® bowl (pictured above), in the Chicken Avocado Wrap or in the Chicken Avocado Salad. The Chicken Avocado TropiChop® bowl combines hand-chopped, ripe avocado, citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken breast and crispy bacon with white rice, romaine lettuce, Monterey jack cheese and diced tomatoes. The Chicken Avocado Wrap or Chicken Avocado Salad, feature grilled chicken breast, bacon, Swiss cheese, diced tomatoes, romaine lettuce and cilantro garlic sauce, served wrapped in a thin flatbread and finished on the grill press or atop a bed of fresh, crisp romaine lettuce.

The Cheezy Yuca Bites, a seasonal guest favorite, are crispy bites of yuca filled with melted, creamy cheese and pair well with any one of the 10 zesty Pollo Tropical’s signature sauces.
