Here Come the Octonauts DVD Review & Giveaway

How well do you know the Octonauts, an action-packed animated series that airs on weekday mornings on Disney Junior? Based on the books of the same name by Vicki Wong and Michael Murphy, who write under the name Meomi, the show follows Captain Barnacles Bear, Kwazii Kitten, Peso Penguin and the rest of the crew as they explore the world's oceans, rescue the creatures who live there, and protect their habitats.

Now fans of the Octonauts can watch the show on DVD Here Come the Octonauts, released for the first time on January 7, 2014, from NCircle Entertainment. Copies are available at Walmart, Amazon and many other retailers and grocery stores nationwide.

The DVD includes 6 episodes, in which Captain Barnacles must figure out how to free an old friend who is trapped beneath the ice; Kwazii tries to rescue a reef full of creatures before an undersea storm strikes; and Peso must help a school of frightened fish who have invaded the Octopod. My kids had a blast watching all the episodes in a row and they love all the cute characters and their exciting underwater adventures.

The Octonauts received a BAFTA nomination for Best Animated Preschool Show in 2011 and 2013; and was nominated for an International EMMY Award in 2012.
