It is super easy to make a delicious fish sandwich with Gorton's Fish Sanwich Fillets. Just add buns or bread, your favorite veggies and sauces to the fillet. The picture shows the one I packed in my son's lunch. He loved it a lot (He's already a loyal fan of Gorton's fishsticks). I ate the other fillet straight. It was crispy outside and tender inside, exactly what I'd like for a breaded fish fillet.
Our local Vons store (a Safeway affiliate) has Gorton's seafood sales almost every week, such as buy one get one free, $6 for two and even $5 for three (the best deal from what I remember). Be sure to keep an eye on such great promotions when you go grocery shopping. You can always visit Gortons.com for recipes, coupons and health information related to seafood.
