Holiday Gift Guide: iMagnet iPad Mount Review & Giveaway

Today marks the official start of my holiday gift guide series. For the next three months, I will be suggesting great gift ideas to you, along with product reviews and exciting giveaways! Let's get the fun started with a real cool tech gadget: iMagnet iPad mount!

iPad is an awesome device in and of itself, but your user experience could be significantly enhanced with the right add-on or accessory. We have an iPad 2. It's thinner and lighter than its predecessor, but holding it in hands can still be tiresome and inconvenient at times. It may not be good for our eyesight either. We bought an iPad keyboard trying to address the problem. It helps, but it only allows us to position the iPad upright and the base moves around too easily. We needed a better solution until I was introduced to iMagnet, which works perfectly as a desk mount, a kitchen mount and even a bathroom mount!
iMagnet is very easy to set up. No lengthy instructions to follow through and no complex assembly is ever needed. It is simple and convenient to use as well, just snapping your iPad on and off as desired. The adjustable swivel makes the magnetic mount so flexible that you can adjust its position and angle anyway you like. The magnet is strong enough to keep the iPad hooked even when it's turned upside down! Yet it has no magnetic interference and does not affect the iPad’s normal functionality. The mount works with both the soft case that comes with your iMagnet and an iPad case that you already own.

What really impresses me is how powerful the suction cup is to allow the tablet mount to stick to most flat, non-porous surfaces, such as glass, ceramic tiles, polished stone, heavily lacquered wood, and smooth plastic. We have a glass computer desk so the iMagnet is a perfect fit. It is amazing that I can now attach our iPad to the vanity mirror in the bathroom. I can stream videos on my iPad while cleaning up the bathroom or hand washing my baby's clothes.

I love that the iMagnet mount allows me to use my iPad hands free, protects my eyes by keeping the device at a comfortable distance, and to put my iPad in places otherwise unthinkable with reliable stability! Please note that the product is not designed for lightly lacquered wood, walls, granite, and other surfaces that may allow air to seep into the suction.

You can purchase the iMagnet mount for iPad at Amazon for $69.99. Use code AV2NJ3LE to receive 10% off regular price until 12/31.

Don't have an iPad? Not a problem, iMagnet also offers a mount for smartphone. Be sure to check that out. Follow iMagnet on Facebook and YouTube for more information.

I love the fact that it sticks to so many types of surfaces & allows it to be hands free but stay securely in place! I *need* this!

I would love to use this in my kitchen while I cook. We have a buffet that has a mirrored back & it would be just perfect for this. It will help me stop worrying about knocking it over while I'm following in-depth recipes! :) Thanks so much! I love this thing! I'm sure my hubby would use it for the bathroom ;)

I like that you can station it nearly any where, and it still allows you to angle it. I am always readjusting the screen on the computer.

I don't see any other comments, hope this is the right place. I like that you can mount it on your car dashboard, great for using the navigation app

My favorite feature is that it is hands/lap free. I can easily sit it on the table to read recipes/books from it without having to hold it up with my arms. :)

I would use it while reading a book in my bed at night. I would also use it in the kitchen when I am cooking and need to read a recipe.

I like the idea of hands free. I have noticed that after about twenty minutes of holding the iPad that my wrists start aching and I have to put it down for awhile.

I would probably use it more in the family room and my bedroom the most
