I learned that A common myth is that stainless steel will never rust and corrode. The balance between corrosion resistance and edge retention is a very fine line. Through years of rigorous testing and development, Ginsu has created a blade that is extremely resistant to corrosion yet can be sharpened to a razor sharp edge that will retain its sharpness for a lifetime of use.
