24 Hour Giveaway: Good Earth Dinner Kit

Providing healthy meals for the family is of top priority to me. I cook from scratch almost every day. It saves money, ensures quality, but consumes a considerable amount of time, which I'm seriously in need of to fulfill my multiple roles in life. I had the opportunity to try out the Mediterranean Chicken with angel hair pasta from Good Earth. The dinner kit includes 100% whole grain angel hair pasta, creamy sauce with olive oil, Mediterranean Seasoning with tomatoes, and seasoned whole wheat four. All I needed to do was to add chicken and follow the step-by-step instructions on the back of the packaging. You may see how it turned out via the picture. I was amazed by the portion size, enough to feed my hubby and son, who actually competed to finish up the entire plate. I was only able to have two bites before everything was gone :(

When I saw the dinner kits at Walmart, I bought one with the $1 off coupon attached to the box. This time I tried the Spicy Citrus Glazed Shrimp with angel hair pasta. It was very delicious!!!
