Saving Money with Usborne Books Review & Giveaway

As a division of Educational Development Corporation, Usborne Books & More is dedicated to providing quality children's books at affordable prices. I happily chose ABC Touchy-Feely Board Book for my son and 100 Animals to Spot at the Zoo for my niece.

The ABC Touchy-Feely Board Book instantly grabbed my son's attention the moment I pulled it out of the box. He couldn't wait to let me read it with him. The book is filled with colorful and cute images, enhanced with touchy-feely patches, foiling and a variety of textures. The smart design of the book helps stimulate my child's interest in learning. He loves reading the book with both his eyes and his hands. The touchy-feely features allow him to better associate pictures with real objects and to feel the shape of each letter. I love that the book uses high quality cardboard to make it more durable. This book is part of the Touchy-Feely Board Book series that fits the developmental needs of babies and toddlers aged 9 months and up.

100 Animals to Spot at the Zoo is made up of 52 beautifully illustrated spotter's cards designed for children 6 years or older. Besides a colorful picture, each card also includes vital statistics (such as scientific name, family, length, diet, habitat, and survival status) and extra fun facts (such as their unique physical traits and living habits) about the featured animal. The cards are good for a virtual trip to the zoo or wildlife park, and can be helpful props for a kid's presentation in class. Other spotter's cards in the series include 100 Rocks and Minerals and 50 Horses and Ponies. The series is definitely worth collecting and keeping for your nature-loving child.
