Pace Specialty Salsa Giveaway

~~The giveaway is now CLOSED~~
I'm sure most of you know Pace for making delicious picante sauce and chunky salsa, a perfect companion to tortilla chips. But do you also know that Pace has recently introduced two new flavors-Pineapple Mango Chipotle and Black Bean and Roasted Corn-to its Specialty Salsa line launched earlier this year? The original five flavors include Triple Pepper, Tequila Lime, Salsa Verde, Pico de Gallo, and Mexican Four Cheese Salsa Con Queso.

With the wide variety of bold flavors, Pace is encouraging us to think outside the box and be creative in the kitchen. Beyond an average dipping treat, the specialty salsa can easily spice up our everyday meals. You may use it as a marinate for seafood, a salad dressing, a steak sauce, or a pizza topping. It'll add so much fun to your cooking routines! You may get some inspiration for original recipe ideas here.

  8. I just discovered this salsa a couple of months ago and instantly fell in love. I made a great salad for Cinco de Mayo and used the Salsa Verde to make the salad dressing.

    Creamy Tomatillo Salad Dressing

    1 cup Ranch dressing
    1 cup Salsa Verde salsa
1 bunch cilanto - finely chopped
    Juice from 1 lime

    Blend together until smooth.

  48. Recipe entry 1:

I love the smoky flavor of Black Bean & Roasted Corn Salsa. When I want a quick meal I saute an onion and some chopped garlic, I then add one can of tomato sauce and I cup of Black Bean & Roasted Corn Salsa. I cook this for about 25 minutes and serve it over Basmati rice.

  86. I hope it's okay if I change my original entry to a recipe one? I'll only put it four times and then with my other one (107) that will total the five.

    Easy Peasy Quesadeasy

Spread an 8 inch flour tortilla with black bean and corn salsa. Sprinkle on shredded Mexican cheese blend. Top with another tortilla and microwave for 40 seconds. Cut into quarters. Serve and enjoy!
