    I don't use a box mix to make cake, I do it all from scratch and when I make red velvet the hand mixer is so hard to use. I have wanted one of these for so long but have gone back and forth in my mind because they can be pricy. I would love to win one though, I make at least 3red velvet cakes every holiday season.
