We don't really have specific holiday dishes. We just eat whatever sounds good. I guess we have an applewood smoked ham more often than other times.

ReplyDeleteI love a dessert called, "Jewels in the Snow". It is made with red and green jello, prepared in square pans. After it is set, you cut it in squares, and toss the squares with whipped cream and poured on top of graham cracker crust!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite holiday dish is my mom's roast turkey - I don't know what magic she does to it, but it always turns out beautifully! She uses an electric roaster, so maybe that's her magical secret - I'd like to find out!
