Unsubscriber is a cool service that helps Gmail users to get rid of unwanted emails without having to unsubscribe manually (I know how painful it could get). You do need to allow Unsubscriber access to your Gmail account. If you want to be on the safe side, test it out with a secondary account and see how it works.
