We have some major coffee drinkers in this house. We have coffee beans, instant coffee, ice coffee, and then there's always the stops at the coffee shop. I was excited to get my Friis Coffee Vault. We usually stick our coffee beans in the freezer to keep them fresh. Coffee beans can lose their flavor when they are exposed to light, air, and moisture. Basically the way this works is it has this tiny valve that removes trapped gas that can make your beans stale and tasteless. Result? Fresh coffee beans!
