Zibits Mini Collectible R/C Robots Review and Giveaway

Let me introduce Zibits, an army of collectible miniature robots with remote control developed by Senario LLC. These mini robots are fast-moving, well-trained, and able to perform stunts such as a swift 360 degree turn! Unlike their giant peers, Zibits are highly affordable--only $9.99 each at national retailers like Toys 'R' Us and Target. It's hard to imagine getting a high-tech toy at such low prices when I was a kid.

The current Zibits collection includes 12 cool designs, each featuring a robot with unique personality, specialty and biography! Senario kindly sent us Zibits-Tank (silver) for review. The robot is small enough to fit into a toddler's hand (not intended for children under 3). It took only a few minutes for my son, who can't read instructions obviously, to master the art of maneuvering Tank with his Z-mote. With flashing eyes and special sound effects, the mini robot made speedy moves forward, backward and in circles. My son had tons of fun with this new friend. He even put Tank on his high chair tray and invited Tank to dinner. You do need a flat, smooth surface for Zibits to move around on. From our experience, they won't move on carpeted floor while most r/c cars can.

My son is not the only Zibits fan in our family. My husband is also fascinated by the unique design of these cute mini robots. No wonder Zibits won the 2010 Toy Insider Top Holiday Toys Award. They are a great toy that can entertain the entire family! Consider collecting all 12 robots along with a Power Lab ($29.99),  and your house will be turned into an incredible mini amusement park :)
