Ingredients
Can of Pam spray.
1-1/2 to 2 pounds of ground turkey.
1 large white onion, chopped.
3 heaping tablespoons good quality chili power.
1 tablespoon paprika.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
salt and black pepper to taste.
1 large can (about 25-32 oz) pinto beans.
1 large can (about 25-32 oz) kidney beans.
1 container of Dean's Cheddar Cheese Pretzel Dip.

Spray the bottom of a big pot (6 quarts or so) with Pam. Now add the meat and stir for a few minutes over medium heat. Don't let it stick.
When the meat is starting to cook and breaks apart easily, add the chopped onion and stir it into the meat. Now add the powdered ingredients and stir them all in. Stir this a few times while it's cooking.
When the meat is almost done, add the beans.
Let this simmer for about 20 minutes or so, stirring occasionally.
After about 20 minutes, taste it. If it needs more flavor, add more chili powder.
Let this cook for about an hour and a half, stirring and tasting occasionally. Just before it is ready to serve, stir in the Cheddar Cheese Dip.

Coat chicken breast in Dean's and then bake for 30 minutes at 350.

I did this the other night when I realized I ran out of actual mustard, but remember that I had bought some of the dip. Tasted great and is fast and easy!
