Child Passenger Safety Week Twitter Party

Do you know that 3 out of 4 car seats are not installed correctly and are putting children at risk? National Highway Traffic Safety Administration(NHTSA)is hosting a Child Passenger Safety Week to increase awareness of child passenger safety issues.

You may help protect your children by performing any of the following actions:

• Have your car seat inspected for free. Locate the closest inspection station.
• Register your car seat
• Check recall information
• Read more on Child Passenger Safety
• Learn more about the LATCH system
• Follow Child Seat Safety on Twitter and on Facebook

In addition, you can join the second child seat safety Twitter Party on Thursday, September 17 from 8 to 9 pm ET. Ten prizes will be given away to those who answer questions correctly during the party using hashtag #childseatsafety You may check Resourceful Mommy's blog for event updates.
